NOVAH offers both NEW and OPEN BOX merchandise.
All OPEN BOX items are opened and inspected by our team before being listed for sale.

Order Cancellations
We understand that mistakes can happen!
Customers may request cancellation within 1 hour of placing an order, provided the order has not already been shipped or collected.

Cancellation requests are subject to review and confirmation by NOVAH. Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method, where possible.
After the 1-hour cancellation window has passed, voluntary cancellations are no longer accepted.
This policy does not affect any cancellation or refund rights provided by applicable consumer protection laws.
Damaged, Incorrect or Misrepresented Products
If you receive an incorrect item, an item damaged during delivery, or a product that is materially different from its description, please contact us promptly at connect@ournovah.com.
Include your order number, a description of the concern, and photographs where possible.
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Local Pickup
Customers selecting local pickup in Oakville, Ontario, will receive instructions to arrange collection.
Please ensure you have selected the correct product before completing your purchase.
All pickup purchases are final sale, subject to our 1-hour cancellation policy and applicable consumer protection rights.
Refunds
Refunds are not offered for change of mind or other voluntary returns.
Where a refund is approved under our cancellation policy or required by law, NOVAH will process it through the appropriate payment method.
